This is the car that Philadelphia Police say is tied to that hitandrun. The car was being brought out of an auto body shaum in frazier. The owner of the shop told us off camera that a woman brought the car in on november 19th. That is the day after the crash that killed powell. Police say she was heading home from school when the driver hit her and her brother and did not stop. This all happened near the intersection of 63rd and lansdowne in the overbrook session.
