Speeding down the block. A bullet missed the car and hit doto instead. Shes a totally innocent victim just sitting on a step out there with a young friend and one of bullets from the top of the block comes all the way down and strikes her one time in the face. That young friend megan doto said he tried to help her but there was nothing he could do. The worst part was i knew that she was dead from the beginning the moment she hit the ground she was dead.
