PROVIDENCE — A Providence County grand jury has indicted a Boston man already serving time for a double homicide in the 2011 cold case death of 23-year-old Steven Latimer. Nigel A. Nichols, 35, formerly of Boston's Mattapan neighborhood, is facing 10 counts related to the fatal shooting of Latimer and wounding of several others early Oct. 2, 2011, outside a Providence nightclub.
