A Texas company looking to build a 1,500-acre, 175-megawatt solar power project in Greene County has applied for a permit. On Friday, April 16, Vesper Energy of Houston, Tx., submitted its 136-page application, with 1,055 pages of additional figures and appendices, to the Ohio Power Siting Board, a state office with the authority to approve or deny the project.
