Litter, and piles of it, across the Cape Breton Regional Municipality is causing concern.

Senior Constable Andrew Murphy and his partner Constable Michael Smith were accused of roughing up Dylan Yates at a petrol station in 2018, leading to a personal injury lawsuit against NSW Government.
