Out of this jail cell, where they said she was held captive. She broke free and waved down a passing motorist, asking for their help. Reporter according to Law Enforcement he solicited the woman to engage in prostitution. After their encounter, he claimed to be an Undercover Police officer and handcuffed and shackled her at gunpoint before driving more than 450 miles from seattle to his home in klamath falls, oregon. That is when Authorities Say that he put the victim in a soundproof cell that he built in his garage. That same day after sleeping she awoke in panic and started punching the door...
