Healthy Foods Redefined by The FDA
FDA proposed an update to the definition of healthy by specifying new criteria for food labeling. Foods may be labeled as healthy if they contain an amount of food from one of food group recommended by the current Dietary Guidelines and follow limits on certain nutrients.
