Strong, in upper levelsf atmosphere all out of a northerly direction which actually displaced a lot of strong convection overland. The actually center is out over water. Now as we go through the say next 12 to 24 hours, it looks like that wind sheer will start to lessen with as it works its way out over into the middle of the gulf of mexico.
