A few days before the deadly attack police say spyres attacked a person right here in Friendship Heights just a block from the dc maryland line. Police caught him a few minutes late err just down the street. They charged him with that crime as well as hitting the officers who arrested him. Prosecutorss ended up charging with a lesser crime. Police also located the knife. Now spyres attorney asked to release the client but the judge pointed out that he was on release from an earlier incident where he attacked another person just days earlier.
