Back. what they are worried about is the juxtaposition that you described. on the one hand, you have the president doing something very good-bye going into a combat zone like afghanistan. on the other hand, you have the question of, you know, does the president really support the military chain of command and the ability of the military to take care of its own and to meet out justice when required in a case like we dealt with this past week. so you have a very different view, i think some people are conflicted about it. but in the broad run, they are happy that he is at least in the warzone right now. colonel, barbara starr is reporting all this great stutod from her military sources and she said at least two senior military officers were reluctant to appear alongside this president at events in recent months because of any unease that he may make partisan political remarks while they were present. and we had similar reporting ....
