New Jersey Herald If he doesn't take the offer, Edilson Trejo will face a first-degree murder charge and possible life sentence in the killing last June, a Morris County prosecutor said during a virtual court hearing. Trejo, 22, has about seven weeks to decide whether he will plead guilty to first-degree aggravated manslaughter.
