Glasgow and Edinburgh targeted by homes for rent investors
A blockbuster deal involving a Scottish firm whose name is not well known outside financial circles has highlighted a development in the property world that may not be the boon some think. Edinburgh-based Sigma Capital last month announced a recommended offer from a private equity firm that put a near £200 million price tag on the business.
