Louisiana Voters Support Marijuana Legalization and Are Split on Mandatory Vaccines for College Students Danae Columbus - Contributing Writer April 30th 2021 A majority of Louisiana’s voters support legalization of recreational marijuana, according to a new poll by Dr. Edward E. Chervenak and Dr. Anthony Licciardi on a behalf of the University of New Orleans Survey Research Center.
