Former Siena Saint Jalen Pickett scores for Nuggets in NBA debut
DENVER, Colo. — The Denver Nuggets celebrated the raising of their 2022-23 NBA championship banner before a 119-107 victory against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday evening. Rochester, N.Y. native Jalen Pickett was still hooping it up for the Penn State Nittany Lions while the Nuggets earned their rings but the rookie guard did earn some time on the court in the home opener.
