(Caren Lissner/Patch) HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla said Tuesday that the city and Ironstate Development have agreed on a newly proposed settlement agreement that prevents two 11-story high-rise buildings from being built on Hoboken's waterfront and gives the city 1.4 acres of land for open space. In exchange, Ironstate would get to build an 11-story residential building at the site of the Municipal Garage near the city's southern border.
