Partially closed for nearly a week for resurfacing and repairs, one arm of the elevated road between Sectors 18 and 60 has been opened to commuters. Traffic restrictions remain on the other carriageway from Sector 60 to Sector 18 during nighttime. The final resurfacing layer is expected to be completed within two weeks.

The Greater Noida Authority has issued a request for proposal (RFP) to recruit an agency for the implementation of an Integrated Security and Traffic Management System (ISTMS) in the city. This project aims to install approximately 2,600 advanced cameras at various locations across Greater Noida. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 227 crore.
