High Street — a restaurant, bar and bakery founded by James Beard award-winning restaurateur Ellen Yin — is now open at 101 S. 9th Street. The acclaimed restaurant was originally located on Market Street and moved to Center City in 2020, when it pivoted to takeout-only during the pandemic.
