Apr 22, 2021 Debra A. Zetts, 68, formerly of Avis, passed away at UPMC Lock Haven Extended Care Unit on Sunday, April 18, 2021. She was born in Cohoes, Albany County, N.Y., on March 6, 1953, a daughter of the late Alton and Elizabeth Wright. She married Edward Joseph Zetts on June 9, 1973; they shared 41 years of marriage before Edward passed away on March 28, 2017. She had been a loan officer during her career with Beneficial Finance. Steele of Boston, Massachusetts, a humanitarian who was trying to open schools for destitute Black children in the South. At Steele’s invitation, Dorsey went south in June 1896 to work with Elizabeth E. Wright in establishing a school for Back students in South Carolina following the model of Booker T. The grant announced by the National Lottery's Heritage Fund means St Peter's and St Paul's Church in Wisbech will get the urgent repairs it needs as well as a new kitchen facility and toilets making it fit for the 21st century. The town's school officials and teachers want the tests canceled because of disruption to learning caused by the pandemic.
