Groundbreaking Perham Girl Troop is first of its kind in the district
Five girls made Perham scouting history on Feb. 25 when they became the first official Perham Girl Troop 321, a program of Scouts BSA (formerly the Boy Scouts). Girl Troop 321 is the first troop of its kind in Perham and the first one of its district -- the Northern Sky district, which includes a few counties in western Minnesota and a dozen more in North Dakota.
