Emanuela Frongia admits it was a little crazy to buy a restaurant in the middle of a pandemic.
But the new owner of Blackfriars Bistro, aided by restaurateur and chef Bryan Lavery, is beating the odds so far and finding a welcome boost as part of Londonlicious, a month-long promotion aimed at introducing diners to new culinary experiences.
