If you haven't applied for the second phase of ERP, there's still time

There is still time for producers to apply for the second phase of USDA's Emergency Relief Program. Producers can get help if they suffered eligible crop losses because of natural disaster during crop years 2020 and 2021. The second phase allows the producer to take a reference year and make an application based on the affected year. Eligibility and payments will be based on the difference in that revenue. The program also allows producers impacted by the pandemic to get help. Applications for the program can be submitted at a local FSA office and are due by June 2, 2023.
