The accused, who was arraigned by police on Tuesday 16 August 2022 pleaded guilty to the charge levelled against him. According to the statement of offence, the accused is charged with murder contrary to Section 187 of the criminal code cap 10:01 Volume 111 Laws of The Gambia 2009.
