She was banned from the road for 12 months, given a community order and told to pay £145 costs. David Adams, age 40, of West Street, South Kirkby, admitted stealing three handbags from Bee Fashion on Wakefield’s Kirkgate. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £200 compensation. Simon Brown, age 51, of The Oval, Beal, admitted drink driving by having 130 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended 12 months, given 200 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for 29 months and told to pay £213 costs. ....
