Montana vape shops join effort to reduce fatal opioid overdoses

Queen’s Palace is the first shop of its kind in Montana to become a naloxone distributor. The initiative was the brainchild of Evan Breshears, manager of the Helena store, and Tia Norine, manager of its Butte location. Naloxone is the generic name of a drug more commonly known by its brand name, Narcan. The drug rapidly reverses the effects of an opioid overdose.
