One day. Were going to be watching the high water and everything like that for the rest of the day and through tonight. Shreve mill wasnt the only place where water posed a hazard. Deep polls formed on dry mill road outside leesburg. Forcing cars to take it slow. And check out this pond in the middle of a Shopping Center parking lot. And in fairfax county, a creek under floodprone woodburn road was already nudging the bottom of the bridge.
