Good morning, everyone. Thank you for coming to this panel. Eric, the Deputy Director or today we will discuss an issue that has been getting a bit of attention these days, School Choice and especially private School Choice. I know there is all sorts of forms of School Choice in this country and a lot of conversation about charters. In particular as well, but given the recent conversation and recent president ial election i think this is where we will do our primary focus, but we will allow time for other issues and is so forth School Vouchers and other voucher like programs, voucher cousins, ...
