Thousands of organisations opt out of gender pay gap reporting Published: 07 Apr 2021 The number of employers publishing their gender pay gap data has fallen in its thousands since 2018 according to new analysis from the CIPD. Gender pay gap reporting extension could give firms wrong message Published: 24 Feb 2021 The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) will be giving UK firms a six-month grace period if they do not report their gender pay gap data by 30 March (public sector) or 4 April (private) 2021. The reporting suspension was introduced in March 2020 to alleviate the administrative burden on businesses during the coronavirus pandemic.
