The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has described President Muhammadu Buhari as a Nigerian leader not moved by wealth. MURIC disclosed this in a statement to celebrate Buhari’s 80th birthday. The statement was signed by the director of the Islamic human rights organisation, Professor Ishaq Akintola. MURIC also took a swipe at former Nigerian leader, Olusegun Obasanjo. “Buhari has not launched a presidential library. He has no nursery, primary or inter-continental secondary school, not to talk of having a private university,” it said.
