( Vinci Partners, the Company, we, us, or our ), the controlling company of a leading alternative investment platform in Brazil, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 13,873,474 Class A common shares at a public offering price of $18.00 per share. The Class A common shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on January 28, 2021 under the ticker symbol VINP. In connection with the offering, Vinci Partners has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,081,021 Class A common shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
