Erebus Haunted Attraction considering $14.5 million sale of 2 downtown Pontiac properties
The brothers behind Erebus Haunted Attraction in Pontiac are taking offers to consider the sale of their two properties in the cityâs downtown. The asking price sits at $10 million for the 113,000 square-foot haunt and $4.5 million for the teamâs 30,000 square-foot Erebus Escape Room.
