Kevin Gregson was convicted on a charge of first-degree murder in the Dec. 29, 2029 death of Const. Eric Czapnik outside the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus.
The Ontario Court of Appeal has denied Kevin Gregson’s appeal of his first-degree murder conviction. The one-time RCMP officer fatally stabbed Ottawa police Const. Eric Czapnik in December 2009.
