Arkansas' House Bill 1156 is one of more than 230 bills restricting the rights of LGBTQ students proposed by lawmakers across the country during the current legislative session.
The bill would classify drag performances as adult-oriented businesses. But its vague language is enough to "breed confusion," a law expert said.
