Mtc to commit of a significant portion of cap and trade expected revenues to the large three largest transit operators and muni bart and transit and we are grateful for the leadership and for the, you know, the cooperation of the colleagues around the bay who do recognize that 80 percent of the rider ship are on the three systems and are responsible and they account for the 75 percent of the transit capitol shortfall in the region, to access these funds, there does need to be a local match and to come up with 30 percent of the funds for the capacity challenge.
