Took off. Smetana says, at the familys request, police will only confirm the victim is a 35yearold man. Police say a witness described the van as a newer model dodge or chrysler. Its dark red or maroon and had tinted windows. Police believe the van would have at least some damage on the front drivers side. Smetana also believes theres a chance someone in the neighborhood may have recorded that van either before or after the collision.
