9 hours ago @TheJGG Thanks! I'd like to get down at least into the mid-140s. You aren't much taller than my 5' 7 1/2". I'm definitely fighting my gender and genetics on this one, and I do plan to get tested to see if I have any imbalances or other biological inhibitors I need to be aware of. Most of the normal health numbers they check were normal at my last appointment, but that was only a general evaluation. Ironically, I feel healthier than I have in years, but my age certainly could be playing a role as well. Count me among the numbers who dislike licorice. Or at least what normally passe...
