Ericsson, Microsoft, Thales, telcos team up to enable 5G Windows 11 computers in enterprises, ET Telecom
Windows 11: The companies have trialed 5G laptop connectivity in three countries – Japan, the United States, and Sweden where SoftBank, T-Mobile and, Telia, provided cellular connectivity, respectively. Microsoft Intune mobile device manager was used to bulk activate eSIM profile groups with local 5G connectivity provisioned according to the employee demographic and data usage.
