A former Baltimore City police sergeant who pleaded guilty to misconduct in office will not serve any jail time.
A veteran Baltimore Police officer pleaded guilty Monday to misconduct in office for what city prosecutors once described as a “pattern and practice of harassment and intimidation.”
At least 20 Baltimore police officers were either charged, sentenced or suspended during the year of 2019.
The Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office has 91 current and former city police officers on a "do not call list."
