Ramon Sepulveda, 36, of Fort Collins: Three counts of unlawful possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, two counts of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine, conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, special offender importation into Colorado, COCCA) and possession of a weapon by previous offender.
