Ayele Addis Ambelu is currently a journaist and lecturer or at Woldia University and Amhara Media Assocation Ethiopia. He is also the Chair of the Amhara Region Media and Journalists Assocation and Network of Ethiopian Journalists Assocation. Founder and Managing Editor of Journal of Ethiopian Media and Communications, which is tasked with publication the media and communication researches in the country under the supervision of the African Media Development Program. Until recently, he was a lecturer and Media trainer in Woldia University, Journalism and communication department, PhD candidate at the Bahir Dar University, one of the leading university in Ethiopia. He has more than eight years’ experience in journalism and is known for his investigative news, and program on domestic and regional political, economic  and social  affairs. He has written extensively on issues related to media.
