Lows 4952 winds sw 5 mph wednesday partly sunny. Mild and breezy. Highs 5358 winds nw 515 mph breaking news overnight out of Fairfax County, where police are investigating a shooting and assault. It happened outside the Parkwood Apartments near baileys crossroads. Police say there were two victims one shot and one assaulted. Both had non lifethreatening injuries.
