murder charges this evening over the death of a black motorist during a traffic stop. memphis officials are worried about civil unrest tonight. the district attorney says the city will release body cam video tomorrow. correspondent charles watson is in memphis tonight with the latest. good evening, charles. good evening, bret. all five memphis police officers face second degree murder charges in the death of nichols. steve announced the charges this afternoon after a grand jury convened this morning and indicted the officers in their roles in the beating death of nichols during the traffic stop earlier this month. today all five officers were booked in the shelby county jail this coming nearly a week after the memphis police department fired the officers following an internal investigation that revealed multiple policies were violated during a violent confrontation with nichols on january 7th. body cam video of the encounter has not yet been released but folks. descri ....
