A man found dead in his Exeter Township home this week was killed by a single stab wound and his death has been ruled a homicide, Berks County detectives said Friday. Terance M. Myers Sr., 35, of Hillside Road suffered a penetrating stab wound to the left side of his chest Monday, according to an autopsy performed by a forensic pathologist Tuesday. District Attorney John T.
