Alisson's father, Jose Becker, died after drowning in a lake near his holiday home in Brazil, local police say. The 57-year-old is said to have been swimming at a dam near his property in the afternoon on Wednesday.
But he was reported missing at 5pm local time after he failed to return home.
The Fire Department of Cacapava do Sul in Brazil were asked to assist in the help to search for Jose Becker.
And his body was discovered at midnight, with authoritis telling ESPN Brazil that no foul play was suspected.
