I showed just before the commercial, a couple cars waiting on the side. There was not a problem that happens before 5 00. They are waiting for the metering pricing to change. Thats a nono. Never pull over unless theres an emergency in the area. To the map, a smooth drive. No one pulling over in the maze or out of the north bay. Thats great news. A smooth flow of traffic.
