The st. Paul suburb of falcon heights. Happened around 9 00 p. M. Local time. He has been identified by family members as 32yearold philando castile. An employee of the st. Paul school district. A child and the mans girlfriend were in the car at the time and the aftermath of the shooting was apparently captured in graphic detail as his girlfriend live streamed on facebook from inside that car.
