Rob Clarke, general manager of Pinecrest in Orange, owned by Fairmount Properties announced his retirement after 35 years in property management, including the last five at Pinecrest.
In a presentation titled “The Village Redevelopment At Ball State University,” had information and updates for how the Village, which is located at the south-east corner of campus, was shared. The majority of updates came from Fairmount Properties, the development partner for the project.

Marshall University officials, faculty, staff and students celebrated Wednesday afternoon the official dedication of the Brad D. Smith Center for Business and Innovation in Huntington. The new facility, located at 1425 4th Ave., housing the Lewis College of Business, Brad D.
