The Eagles are a tough matchup, but they’ve allowed the seventh-most adjusted fantasy points per drop-back (0.42) to opposing quarterbacks and just allowed 397 yards and four touchdowns to Sam Howell. The matchup is strong in Week 9, as the Bears have allowed the third-highest passing success rate (51.6%) and the second-most adjusted fantasy points per drop-back (0.49). Given that the Commanders are passing at the second-highest rate over expectation (8.5%), Howell merits starting consideration
