Turned deadly. It all started at 8 45 this morning when Richmond Police got a call about an argument in the street involving a woman and a man determined to be her estranged boyfriend. The man fired a single shot into the womans head. We spoke to Richmond Police about the tragedy which happened in front of her two young sons.
