Team Dynamite are thrilled to announce their first tour in over six years, in support of their sold out top five album Respect The Process.
The band will be celebrating the release with a six date tour around New Zealand, including shows in Gisborne, Napier, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and finishing in Auckland.
Respect the Process features a stellar cast of special guests, including soulstress Bailey Wiley, Prince of Grey Lynn Diggy Dupe and singer/songwriter Louis Baker. A short documentary has been produced by Tom Scott, who released the album via his label, Years Gone By.

Eight people taken to hospital from Electric Avenue music festival


Electric Avenue is Christchurch’s biggest outdoor music festival and this year’s event drew record crowds of 25,000.
The St John spokeswoman said she could not say whether the injuries were drug related or how they happened as that would breach the organisation’s privacy policy.

Drugs taken from attendees at this year’s Electric Avenue festival included bath salts, synthetic cannabis, meth, MDMA and LSD.
Drug testing agency Know Your Stuff found 40 per cent of MDMA samples tested in Christchurch last week had been substituted with a synthetic cathinone known as eutylone.
Synthetic cathinones are active in lower doses and can be as low as 10 milligrams – a tenth of MDMA. The effects of the drug also take longer to kick in, meaning a user can take more before they’re aware of the effects, and end up overdosing. ....
