A 39-year-old man who was recently released from jail with court-issued conditions was the subject of a public warning by Edmonton police on Friday.
It was reported to police a man repeatedly watched a woman’s home, went onto the her property, banged on the door, asked about the woman and looked into her windows.
Faton Miftari, 39, was charged Sept. 14 after a woman complained of a man watching her through her windows and banging on her door.
